With more than 10 years of hands-on professional experience, our owner brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and dedication to the individuals and families we serve.
Throughout her career, she has worked directly with individuals and families, helping them navigate services, access essential resources, coordinate supports, and work toward greater independence, stability, and quality of life.
Her extensive background in support coordination, service planning, community-based services, and person-centered planning has provided her with a strong understanding of how to connect individuals with the resources and services they need to achieve their personal goals.
This experience is at the heart of our commitment to providing dependable, person-centered services that promote choice, dignity, independence, inclusion, and meaningful participation in the community.
